Pricing

Pay for the services you use

Access is granted per service — register for exactly what you need and scale up as you adopt more of the platform. Talk to us for a quote tailored to your organization.

How pricing works

Scoped per service

Your licence file grants exactly the modules you registered for — MDM, Data Quality, ETL, Orchestrator, or BI — nothing bundled you don't use.

No platform tax

There's no separate fee just to be on EternityArc. Pricing is based on the services and scale you register for.

Add services as you grow

Start with one service and register for another whenever you're ready — each request is reviewed and scoped independently.

Per-service pricing

Every quote is tailored to your data volume and environment — here's what's included in each.

Questions

Pricing FAQ

The questions we hear most before a first quote.

Do you charge per user or per record?

Pricing is based on the service(s) you register for and your data volume, not a strict per-seat or per-record fee. We'll walk through your scale on a call before quoting.

Can we start with just one service?

Yes — you can register for a single service first (for example MDM or Data Quality) and add Orchestrator, ETL, or BI later once the initial rollout is proven.

Is there a sandbox or trial environment?

We can scope a limited trial environment as part of the registration review — mention it in the Notes field on the Register page and we'll set it up.

How is our data isolated from other tenants?

Each registered tenant gets its own scoped environment and credentials. Master data, pipelines, and dashboards for one organization are never visible to another.

Which databases does EternityArc run on?

Snowflake, Oracle and SQL Server. You choose one in the setup wizard, and each environment you add gets its own database on it.

Can we keep DEV, QA and PROD separate?

Yes — each environment has its own database and its own user accounts, and configuration moves between them by export and import rather than by sharing a database.

Do you support single sign-on?

Yes — Microsoft Entra ID and LDAP, alongside local accounts with lockout and password rules.

What happens if we need to change our request type later?

Submit a new registration to request an additional environment for an existing tenant. To add a server to an environment that is already running, ask us to re-open that environment's existing registration rather than submitting a new one.
