Enterprise master data platform

Where scattered data ends, one trusted record begins.

EternityArc ingests every source, validates it, matches the duplicates and merges them into a golden record you can trace field by field — then feeds that record to your pipelines, workflows and dashboards. MDM, Data Quality, ETL, Orchestration and BI, on one platform, with access scoped to exactly the services you need.

  • Field-level lineage
  • Snowflake, Oracle & SQL Server
  • Isolated DEV / QA / PROD

MDM — model business entities and hierarchies, match with weighted exact and fuzzy rules, merge on configurable survivorship, and steward records in View 360 with merge, unmerge and review.

6 Phases in the mastering lifecycle, from intake to trust guard
16 Pipeline transformations, from Lookup and Joiner to Web Service
3 Database engines supported: Snowflake, Oracle and SQL Server
1 Registration, scoped to the services you request
Sample activity
  • CRM · rows landed in staging
  • Reject rule · missing email · rows held back
  • Match plan · new match groups formed
  • Customer · golden record merged from 3 sources
  • Approval · legal name change awaiting review
  • Nightly flow · completed
  • Trust guard · older value kept, newer source skipped
  • Insight360 · dashboard refreshed
  • View 360 · record unmerged by a steward
Platform services

Five services that share one data model

Request any of them on its own — approval grants access scoped to that service. Because they share the same golden records, adding a second one later needs no re-integration.

MDM

Golden records, matching and a 360° view of every customer, product, supplier or asset.

  • Match & merge
  • View 360
  • Hierarchies
  • Trust matrix

Data Quality

Validation rules and reject handling that keep bad data out of your golden records.

  • Reject handling
  • Trust decay

ETL / Transformations

A visual pipeline designer with sixteen transformation types, from Lookup to Web Service.

  • Pipeline designer
  • 16 transformations
  • Run history

Orchestrator

Flows that coordinate loads, matching and pipelines across every module.

  • Flow designer
  • Flow logs

The mastering lifecycle

From raw source rows to a record you can defend

Every record moves through the same six phases, and its state is always visible — so you can tell at a glance what is new, what is validated, and what is already golden.

A Phase A

Intake

Source rows land in staging and become records with a business ID and seeded lineage.

NEW
B Phase B

Validate

Column rules run; values that fail lose trust, and every failure is logged.

VALIDATED
C Phase C

Match

Exact and fuzzy rules score candidates and form match groups above your threshold.

MATCHED
D Phase D

Merge

The most trusted survivor becomes the golden record; duplicates are archived.

CONSOLIDATED
E Phase E

Refresh

New source data recalculates trust and picks winning values per attribute.

CONSOLIDATED
F Phase F

Trust guard

Each attribute updates only if the new value is non-empty, newer and more trusted.

CONSOLIDATED
Watch a match happen

How two records become one

Each match rule compares one field and contributes a weighted score. Above your threshold the pair joins a match group; near it, a steward decides in View 360. Sample data below.

Trust you can audit

Every value on a golden record knows where it came from

EternityArc keeps the lineage separate from the business data: for each field it records which source supplied it and how much that source is trusted. When a newer or more trusted value arrives, the record updates field by field — and the value it replaces is archived first.

Why this matters
  • Attribute-level lineage. Each field carries its source, its trust score and its history.
  • Survivorship you configure. Most trusted or most recent source wins, per attribute, set in the trust matrix.
  • Trust that reacts to quality. Failed validation rules lower a value's trust, so poor data stops winning merges.
  • Archive before overwrite. Lineage and source mappings are copied to history before any change is applied.
  • Guards on every refresh. Empty values never overwrite good ones, and older source updates never replace newer ones.
  • Safe under concurrency. Versioned updates mean two stewards editing one record can't silently overwrite each other.
Enterprise-ready

Governed, isolated and secure by design

The controls an enterprise data platform needs are part of the product, not a professional-services add-on.

Isolated environments

DEV, QA and PROD each run on their own database with their own accounts — signing in to one never signs you in to another.

Role hierarchy & record-level rules

Grant modules and objects by role, then narrow what each role can see down to individual records.

Approval workflows

Route changes through reviewers before they reach a golden record, with shared workflows and digest emails.

Single sign-on

Sign in with Microsoft Entra ID or LDAP, alongside local accounts with lockout and password policy.

Environment migration

Export a configuration from one environment and import it into the next, item by item, with a full report.

Network & security policy

IP filtering, session timeouts and security policy, and read/write splitting across database servers.

Use cases

Built for problems like these

A sample of what teams consolidate, clean up and connect with EternityArc.

Retail & CPG

One customer record across every channel

Loyalty, e-commerce, and point-of-sale systems each keep their own version of a customer. The same shopper looks like three different people, which breaks loyalty-tier calculations and duplicates marketing sends.

Financial Services

Client records without the manual reconciliation

Onboarding, risk, and compliance teams each maintain a separate client record pulled from core banking, CRM, and a KYC vendor feed. Reconciling them for a regulatory filing takes days of manual cross-checking.

Manufacturing

A single vendor master across plants and ERPs

Every plant runs its own ERP with its own vendor codes. The same supplier ends up registered a dozen different ways, so spend analysis and vendor-risk scoring understate real exposure.
